Steep climbing off the deck leads to a sequence of technical moves over a bulge and into an alcove rest.  Traverse left out of alcove, up edges.  Powerful moves through another bulge lead to a ledge.  Follow the arête past more bolts to finger crack with optional gear (yellow and green alien).  More bolts lead to a face crux and 2 bolt anchor.

Workingman's Arete

Clip a bolt, up a bulge, then right over good face holds.  Fun edging and smearing lead to a 2 bolt anchor.

Technical arête climbing with a bouldery crux leads to a ledge on the left below a small corner/roof.  Clip bolt and traverse right onto face.  Thin moves follow the arête to stance, then traverse back right to route D.

Pitch 1 (5.7): The approach pitch to Moment of Zen and Workingman's Arete.  Start in a broken corner to a bolt that protects a mini slab.  Continue up the corner, to steep section leading to a 2 bolt anchor.  Gear: small to #3. 25m

Pitch 2 (11a): Traverse up and right over broken ledge to base of crack.  Varied jamming for ~20 feet lead to a right leaning diagonal weakness.  Traverse up and right, passing a roof.  Climb left leaning crack and face to a tips crux.  2 bolt anchor.  Gear: small to #3 (small nuts for crux).  30m

Pitch 3 (11a):  Traverse right from anchor.  Clip bolt and climb a series of moves off a slanting rail, to a shallow rib.  Clip chain draw and climb bulge (crux).  Make moves up and left to corner of roof.  Continue on easier terrain to 2 bolt anchor.  8 bolts.  30m.  Descent: 3  30m raps.

Climb up broken corner, passing a bolt and onto easier terrain (option small cams protect ground fall).  Up class 3 to left facing corner and more bolts.  Turn a roof and onto open face.  Varied face climbing with occasional horizontal weaknesses to 2 bolt anchor.

Pitch 2 (11d):  From top anchor of A, scramble of to stance, clip first bolt and enter a series of technical, thin moves up the arête to mid way anchor.  10 bolts.  30 m

Pitch 3 (10d):  Traverse left off mid way anchor (or continue climbing from pitch 2!) to stance at edge of arête.  Gear placements up cracks and face moves on the arête lead to another stance.  Clip a bolt, fun arête moves past another bolt lead to a horizontal crack weakness.  Small, finger size gear protect thin moves to bolted crux, then traverse right to anchor at top of B.  Gear: small to #3.  Descent with 60 or 70 m rope.
