Climb a difficult, but well-protected start with good holds to easier climbing above on mostly large, incut edges. Enjoyable, although short, route in my opinion.

Climb an initial, difficult crux before making fun movement on well-featured and hard, gray limestone. Much of the climbing is technical with an emphasis on footwork and body position. Not an easy 5.9 in most opinions.

Bouldery start to a big jug, continue up on nice holds to a fixed anchor.  Crux seems to be right off the ground, bolt is well placed to protect these moves.

Basically a shortened version, or variation of another route,

Smells Like Victory

, but very worthy and enjoyable in its own right.

Some, perhaps most people, will want to clip the first bolt on

Pussy Pie

, before moving right and up to the first bolt on

/Smells Like Pussy. Above, climb on large holds and big pockets  in a small corner feature to a reachy crux at the 4th bolt (5th if you clipped the first bolt of

Pussy Pie

). Clip what is the 5th bolt on

Smells Like Victory

and step left when possible to clip the anchors on

Pussy Pie

Connective Tissue is another quality Surgery Buttress line with great limestone.

Climb the steep, juggy crux of

Pre Op

, and continue up the corner to the 4th bolt. Clip the bolt, tiptoe left and clip the first bolt on Connective Tissue. You'll want to place a long draw or back clean the 4th bolt of

Pre Op

. Head up on some delicate climbing to an easier 5.10 crux before the anchors.

This is the second route you come to around the corner; it takes a vague line right of a right-facing corner.

Good climbing to a hard crux up top. Some, perhaps many, people will want to clip the first bolt on

Pussy Pie

before moving right and up to the first bolt on this route. A long draw may be helpful. Fun climbing on big holds and pockets characterize the bottom of this climb before a reachy section at the 4th bolt. Finish on good, gray limestone and a hard crux at the top before the threaded anchor which is shared with

Rehab

.

This route is immediately left of

Pre Op

.  Some bouldery moves down low lead to easier climbing up high.  The route trends slightly left and is kinda contrived at the top (could easily share an anchor with

Post Op

).

Climb through an initial cliff band past two bolts to a ledge. Clip the third bolt and climb past the deeply undercut overhang to the face above. Climb the beautiful plaque of rock via edges, sidepulls and technical footwork. A final set of thin moves at the last bolt leads to easy climbing to the anchor.

Climbs the steep face on good edges and excellent rock. Fairly sustained. A quality and worthy line.

This is the second line left of

Pre Op

.  Some bouldery moves down low lead to enjoyable climbing up high.

Start on small holds and not so great rock, and move up to some slopers, with a slabby finish. Finishes on

Post Op

.

Climb a short, bouldery,  crux just left of the first bolt before latching a big jug. Continue up, trending right pulling on a plethora of fun pockets. At the top you can finish at the anchor for

Pussy Pie

or the anchor for

Angel Baby

, though the latter seems to make the most sense.

The guidebook describes this as a 5.12a but the .12 version is fairly contrived. If you want the .12 version, climb directly past the first bolt, staying away from the obvious, positive edges that are within arm's reach on the left. Like I said, pretty contrived.
