This is a good steady 5.8 climb up 5 bolts to an anchor with chains.  You can stop there and borrow a second set of chains from "

" or climb up the right of the arete to a second set of chains.

This is a short climb with some fun moves.  It has a thin slab between the second and third bolts.  The rock gets a bit dirty towards the top.  There is a good standing shelf at top to rest and take down gear.

Follow an easy arete with a low first bolt to a roof. Surmount the roof, then head towards the anchors on

Great warm up climb.  Start under a overhang and can either choose to go over or around (need good feet for this part).  One of the longer climbs on the north side.  This climb gets morning sun.

This is a climb past the small overhang to crimpy slab the rest of the way up. Tight shoes and strong finger tips are helpful.

The first bolt is about 10' off the ground up a large crack to small overhang.  The rest of the 4 bolts lead you up a thin slab to two anchors with rings.  This climb can also be set up on top rope.

It's a link-up but a good link-up. The name was suggested by Ted, but Eric may have a different name for it, if he named it.

This is a fantastic, bolted, boulder problem.  Enjoy 25 feet of overhanging climbing on sharp crimps to a jug that gains the slab.  Save some gas for the last few moves leading to the jug.  Another 15 feet of casual climbing gets you to the shared anchors for

Top Soil

.  Incidentally, the shared anchors allow for easy access to try this route on top rope.

On the South side of Haus Rock, start on an undercling and climb an obvious, diagonal seam up and right to hanging chains.  An optional and exciting move to a jug past the chains adds a little bit of spice to the experience.  Grabbing the chains to clip the anchors is bad form.  There is also a direct start a few feet to the right of the traditional start which also goes at 12b but is a bit easier.

Start about 10 feet to the left of

, and climb up and left to a high 1st bolt. A powerful 12+ sequence angles up and right to a seam where you can get a quick rest by the 3rd bolt before pulling some reachy and thin crux moves on the blank face past 2 more bolts until you reach the anchor.

.  Word on the street is that it's quite good.  As with

, avoid shameful grabbing of the chains, and you earn a gold star if you do a few extra moves to the jug above the chains.

The bolt line just right of Top Soil. It has long moves on fragile feeling jugs. They haven't broken yet, so they're probably ok.

Climb up and over the ledge past the 3rd clip to two anchors on the slab above. It's probably in your rope's best interest to clean this route on rappel.  It is a bit dirty, but good, pumpy moves that are all there if you can find your balance.

This is a fun route and not usually busy like some of the other climbs on Haus.  The first bolt is easily accessible but the second bolt takes some balance.  The rest of the climb is a nice pace.

This is one of the better slab climbs on Haus Rock.  There are some pockets that you will be able to get one to two fingers in as well.

" (5.8) or just walk up the left side of Haus.

If it rains a day or two before you climb Haus, check the rock midway up for wet spots.  This particular climb seems to stay wetter than the others on Haus.

undercling, at the 2nd bolt head directly right through the first bolt on crystal ball direct and up and right into the first bolt on

. This line provides around 70 feet of climbing on a 50 foot wall.

This is a fun climb, everything is really obvious and typical of 5.6 climbing.  It is a good warm-up.

Start low and climb out the overhanging bulge on crimps and an odd pinch.  Expect to get peculiar looks from everyone top-roping on the slab side of Haus rock

This has great, pumpy climb with a little stemming.  Start at the first bolt up the crack to bomber holds.  The first bolt is a bit of a runout but should not be a problem.

Feet Do Not Fail Me Now is the left of two routes that ascend the largest expanse of stone on the Haus Rock slab.  It's one of the better routes at Haus Rock.  Begin on some white rock just right of the wide, angling crack and follow the line of clips up and left.  It's easiest to move slightly left at the last bolt, then hand traverse the lip to the anchors.

A toprope can be easily set up by scrambling up the left side of the rock.

This is a 4 bolt line to two anchors with rings. It is short but a great pumpy climb.

," move left at second bolt. It is pretty much hard to the top.

Half and Half is a fun route that could’ve probably just been fully bolted. I led it without any trad gear, but I would not recommend this at all (SCARY). The lower section ends with some nice slab climbing.

This is a beautiful line that packs quite a wallop.  Climb a short overhang to a burly dyno.  One more move gets you to a bomber jug.  Rest up, because then the route gets hard.

This is a great warm up climb on Haus. There are some tricky looking sections on the way up.  At the top, there is a small overhang.

You will need to set up a top rope on this climb.  To do this, you will have to walk around to the left of this climb and hike up the side of Haus Rock till you reach the first set of chains.

Just below the chains is a nice ledge where one can also learn to rappel.

A higball V0 gets you to the first bolt, a V2 gets you to the second bolt, and over the roof.  Runout 5.7 climbing finishes the route.  The moves to the first bolt are easy, but falling would be very bad.

on top of the boulder right of Crystal Ball Direct. Clip the first bolt on

and trend up and right on underclings and edges clipping 2 more bolts to a ledge. Traverse right into the big crack, plug some gear, and cruise up and back left to a two bolt anchor. The crux is between the 2nd and 3rd bolts.

The crux is on the upper slab.
