Jacob's Ladder is the inside corner on the left side of the "Porkchop" slab.  Climb the inside corner using the crack and other features.  At about 35 feet there is a slight overhang.  Climb past overhang on the inside corner and face to the left of the corner.

This is the entrance to the sweatbox.  Start on left of rock face and finish by topping out where the sweatbox starts.  I would recommend going straight from the entrance into the sweatbox. The main problem is a lack of footholds and a sloper.

No Exit is found to the right of "The Bone" (route 50) in the dark inside corner below a large overhanging block.  Climb up the inside corner using cracks, ledges, and some stemming moves between the walls on either side of you.  Once near the overhang move to the smaller left crack and perform a strenuous pull past the overhang and up onto the ledge on your left.

This climbs starts with a really neat finger crack in the left side of a box/chimney feature that exits left at its top then climbs steep rock up into an alcove at which point the climber moves leftwards to a broken rock section followed by a final steep section of rock with interesting big but sloping edges and flared cracks.  The opening finger crack has nice square edges here and there for the feet keeping the grade low.  This climb makes for a great on-sight that protects very well.  Named after the abundance of live arachnids and all their web trappings found along the way.  This route is seldom climbed.

Nice sized boulder problem just below the base of the bone. Straightforward climbing near the corner on small edges.

Start on the second crack about 20 feet left of Jacob's ladder. Go up the crack through the first overhang to the second overhang (crux) until you reach the big ledge 25 feet up. Continue on the face to the left of the ledge. Finish on small holds to the upper left of the face.

Phat starts on the same inside corner as Jacob's Ladder (route 49).  Climb up the inside corner for about 10 feet, then move right onto the slanting south face.  Climb up nice face features and mantel onto a foot-wide ledge at 30 feet.  Continue up on the outside corner to your right.  At this point the climb continues on the same path as "The Bone" (route 50).  Climb the crack of The Bone for about ten feet to a big ledge below a bulge.  From here continue straight up directly over the bulge using small fingertip holds to the top.

Climb the crack just to the left of Jacob's Ladder. When you get to the ledge, contine up on the face to the left. The crux is in the last few moves. Finishing on the top left section.  

The crux is the last 10'.  It is very slabby with crimpy holds.  There is no place for protection on the last 10'.

If you go to Porkchop Buttress you will find a nice flat rock with a surface of about 10 feet by 30 feet.  You will probably end up putting your pack here during your climbing and you will eat your lunch here and relax here throughout the day.  On the southeast face of this rock there is a crack called Wobbly Block. 

  Climb the short 20 foot crack using jams and face holds.  Look for the wobbly block near the top.

Sweat Box is found on to the left of the outside corner between The Bone (route 50) and No Exit (52).  Climb up the thin crack to a ledge, then ascend the outside corner using face holds.  Move up under the slightly overhanging block and delicately pull straight over the block to the top.

Follow "the meat" of the porkchop all the way up. Don't use either arete, stay on the face. Starts off really slabby and thin to throws on jugs.

The Bone follows the slanting inside corner on the right (north) side of the obvious "Porkchop" face.  Start out on the manhole cover sized chockstone at the base of the route.  A few strenuous moves will get you into the inside corner.  Follow the corner up to a converging overhang at about 30 feet.  Climb through the gap in the center of the overhang, then follow a crack for about ten feet to a ledge.  Carefully traverse right on the ledge for about 15 feet using well-hidden hand holds.  Surmount another slight overhang to another ledge, then climb up a five foot chimney to the top.

Porkchop Buttress is a good option if you have found Misery Rocks to be too crowded.  This area is wonderful on those summer days when the East Bluff is just way too hot.  The moves on the climb are tenuous and the cliff offers an excellent view of the Lake. Perhaps one of the best 5.5s in the park, The Bone cuts directly and boldly up the center of the tall and exposed Buttress.  This area has become more popular after the inclusion of The Bone in a recent Rock and Ice article.
