I first thought I was above the line to the right when setting the anchor and preparing to clean. So like a moron, I inadvertently gave the best line to Alexis.  This left line however, turned out to be a good route.  It starts in a chimney, moves to face climbing before turning the arete and surmounting a head wall.  The arete moves are the most challenging.

As often it is in the Jungle, the crux is just before the chains.  The crack starts fingers then fists, then off-width/chimney (not hard and pro in the back) to the exciting last moves on an overhanging arete.

Many BIG fun moves with great holds coming just when you need them most!  The really committing moves are between the second and third bolt.  Here you should be sewing up a sequence of small wires and cams prior to a big throw for a Thank God "Hand Pocket."  Pure fun!

If you wanted to work these moves out on a TR you could do the 9+ to the right which has the same anchor.

Very enjoyable arete and face climbing on steep edges.  Start in the corner to the right of the arete and work that arete to just past the third bolt where you cut left around a suspicious looking large block.  Clip the next bolt and pull the crux moving back right to the arete.  Move right of the arete on to edges of the adjacent face.  Here you start setting gear before heading left again toward the anchor that is shared with "The Last Shadow You Will Ever See."  We did a bit of cleaning here to make your adventure a bit less sketchy...see trundle video.

Very small edges up high on the face make the moves 11b-ish but keeping the left hand on the arete rather than committing to the face will be more like 11a. Very demanding strength to weight ratio kind of thing on the face where a big reach to a very small edge is the crux move.

Start by a patch of thorny shrubbery with easy moves on positive edges to gain the first bolt (a #2 would keep you off the deck if the unthinkable happened before clipping). Continue pulling big moves on small incuts, eventually hitting the arête below a blank patch of the face. Escape left around the corner to a finger crack and tiptoe up a slightly hollow flake using finger-size pieces for pro (make sure to use long runners) until you can reach the apex of the arête. Shuffle right below the roof on non-existent feet, aiming for a last bolt which appears completely off route to the right (rock quality dictated this placement). Pull a thuggy move to get above the roof and wander to the anchor via a wide hand crack.

A harder variation shoots straight up the face between the 2nd and 3rd bolt, avoiding the arête via a tricky sequence of hard moves on really small crimps. It meets up with the original line at the top of the arête and feels about 11c/+.

This line starts in a crack that is of good rock,  however as you move up there are bands of poor quality both right and left.  Stay in the crack which remains good. Gear is solid and the edges have been scrubbed.  The face moves at the top are fun!
