Sweet lowball problem with cool moves. Sit start on a jug rail and make a shouldery move out left to a gaston rail, match and finish over left.

An amazing feature starts out with bomber finger locks and good feet. One or two moves later, you’re into the swooping edge that continues to the top where you’ll slap through the crux. As You move up the line, you’ll pass a boulder behind you like you’re going up a few stories in an elevator. If the topout crux is too much, you could easily hop off on the “second floor”.

Nice crimping on cool rock. Short and sweet.

Start matched on a bad hold with a good foot, make a move up to a good crimp then to the jug lip. Traversing the entire lip of the boulder is a very fun V0.

Sit start far right in two finger locks and traverse left, moving into the nice hand crack, then a jug traverse left to finish. Really fun!

Start on the arête, just right of Technical Difficulty, and throw some balancy jabs to good holds up and left of the corner.  Crux for me was sticking the top rail with a right foot hooking the starting hold.  This is a really unique climb, IMO.

Starts on a good foot ledge and high right hand crimp.  Pull on and you're done good work.

This problem climbs the steep belly of the Jellybean Boulder. Starts on two slopey holds on the right side and makes a couple powerful moves out the bulge. Grippy, large grained slopers.

Start on the large shelf, work up the arete to a good hold at the lip.  A long pull over the bulge will see you to the top.  A little tingly.  It may be a good idea to take a look at the top out holds beforehand.

Get off the left sidepull crimp and a low slot with bad feet, and pull up to small crimps. Jug topout. Tricky!

A hard start with a high foot leads to easier but still insecure slapping up the steep, featureless arete.

Start left hand on a low sidepull shelf and right hand on a good sloper scoop. Pull up to good holds and mantle over the bulge.

Mini classic. Start on a sloper sidepulls with good feet. Pull up to a bad left hand, then figure out how to get to the lip. Quite the puzzle.

Jump start to the obvious sloper scoop, and traverse left on more slopers until you can mantle. Incredible rock.

This eliminate was the original problem, until a huge flake to the left came off and revealed a good sloper. The quality movement makes it worth a go if you send Hotsy too easily. Climb “Hotsy” but eliminate the sloper over left. Big moves on big edges down low to a hard topout utilizing a slopey mono.

Climb up the east face of the Lighthouse on cool slopers and the right arete.

Line just left of Senna goes straight up the face, demanding some balance and footwork. Excellent rock makes this a good climb.

Unique moves and great rock. Start on the sidepull and negotiate the angle change to reach a bucket at the lip.

Jump from the rock below to the good crimp rail then throw for the top. Very good but short problem.

A two move boulder problem starts with a reachy throw off a jug start to the jug top then mantle to finish. Overhanging nature makes this a fun climb.

Slightly awkward sit start on a jug.  Move past a cool sloper and then grab the special hold.  It is very sharp.  Do not let this deter you.  Just crimp.  Lock off to a cool scoop crimp in the dike.  Stand start is a fun ~V4 that can avoid the special hold.

Start on opposing sidepulls and make a hard move to a crimp, then work the rails up to a tricky topout.

Sweet little problem on some really nice rock.

Start matched on a big blocky hold and move through a series of slopey bumps and crimps to a hidden pocket. Topout either straight up on slopers or over right.

There could be a pretty heinous sit start to this one...

Classy lowball! Sit start with a good right hand scoopy edge and left sloper. Move through awesome edges and slopers to a tough lip encounter. Good temps help.

A nice, but sharp, thin hands crack in great rock.

An obvious line up the south facing prow of the "Senna" boulder that utilizes the right arete and good sidepulls for the left hand. Start off with some compression moves until you can transfer into the left rail feature for an easy topout.

Short face climb on bad crimps. Classic Lake Ramona ripple holds. Feels more burly than technical due to the lack of feet.

Offwidth to fingers in a diagonal crack to an interesting top-out where you either reach for a good hold above the lip or continue through the end of the crack.  A good warmup for the crack heads.

We all teamed up for the first ascent of this one after Paul took an ankle-jamming digger into the rocks below.

Start on opposing sidepulls, stand up and locate the correct ripple.

Incredibly easy but incredibly cool boulder. Climb up the massive jug craters anywhere you please.

Another similarly featured face to Half Moon, but a little trickier. Start either on the lowest jug, or by mantling a sloper over left. Either way the first move is the crux. Then follow big features to the top. Be careful if you stand on any of the little foot chips, they can break easily.

Start off the ground with opposing sidepulls (high left) and move up the face on cool ripple holds.

Funny little boulder.

Sit start with a cool left hand crimp and a sloping crimp just next to it. Pull on and hit a sloping edge with the right hand, then fire to the sloping lip. Mantle. Short, simple and difficult.

Classic problem for the area.

Sit start with right hand on the jug lieback feature and left on a sidepull crimp. Work up the lieback feature and crimps for the left hand, then a big deadpoint to a sloper edge. Finish over right on cool checkerboard crimps and a topout jug.

The stand start is worthy on its own at ~V5.

A funky, technical problem on cool rock. Start with a left gaston and low right sidepull, climb straight up.

Left side of the face.  Starts on left sidepull and high right sloper.  Move up and left on nice slopes.

This tall slab looks unclimbable at first glance, but when launching from the rocking granite plate below, you can take flight to the jug up high and enjoy the excellent climbing above. It’s the most unique start I’ve ever discovered in the natural environment.

Squat start on a cool checkerboard crimp for the left and a poor sloper for the right. Pull on with low feet and make a desperate move to the sloping lip, then bump up and left to good finishing holds.

Campus move from a slopey crimp to a bucket.

About as good as a one-mover gets. Pull onto opposing sidepulls and channel the power of Lord Minimus' well proportioned smallness to get you to the bucket lip.

What an epic problem!

Stand start on the amazing bucket. Pull through the seam feature with a couple of fingerlocks until you're stood on the jug. Make an insecure crux move to get established on the slab, then smear up to better holds. Spicy.

Landing is very sloped. Bring a few pads and a good spot.

Start on the turtle's flipper then climb up its shell on awesome jugs! I wish it was longer.

Fun and unique climb on a small tower that overlooks the reservoir. Requires some compression and a mantle to reach the top.

Wacky one move. Sidepull seam to good sloper.

Super thin and techy face climbing with an insecure topout to the left. Going right looked like it would be the exit but I was forced left.

Start right hand in the crack and left hand on the sloper. Find your way of turning that left hand into a mantle and cartwheel over to the slanted topout. Really fun to figure out the beta. Once you do it, it'll be 10x easier the second go.

The Butt Trumpet of San Diego. A cool lip traverse on bad slopey holds and smeary feet. Start over left matched on a good crimp and make rad moves through the slopers, and finish with a crux mantle.

I did this in the full sun, so it could feel easier than the listed grade in cool temps.

Surprisingly difficult. Sit start matched on a perfect edge and work up sloper sidepulls, then a stab to the crimp slot. Great rock.

A fun and easy crack with a mix of liebacking and hand jams. A quick stop on the way to Bellhop Crack and surrounding climbs.
