This is an obscure climb and it shows.  This has a mossy start, a little poor rock, and is awkward throughout.  Some of the movement, however, is good and redeems the climb and the effort.

Climb in from left and below the crack, up and into a leaning, steep corner, and out and right over the lip, then up and left to the summit.

An Arm and a Leg

East Face

This scramble is a great addition to an ascent of Seal Rock. Start in the center of the East face. Follow a hand crack past a large tree until it finishes. Hop left into an off-width crack, skip up this until it ends, then jump up the remaining slab on in-cut jugs. To descend, either scramble off north, downclimb the route, or loop your rope around one of the large smooth protrusions of rock and make a single rappel in any direction.
